This decision further underlines the industrial and engineering synergy between Geven and Lufthansa Group, where cabin requirements and product evolution are developed in close alignment.

A true evolution in cabin seating, Essenza SE delivers a new generation of lightweight design focused on comfort, ergonomics and onboard productivity.
It features an enhanced “digital office” personal workspace aligned with evolving passenger needs, including PED holder provision, improved shin clearance for greater ergonomics, and a high-performance USB-C  power system. The design reflects current market trends toward lighter structures, increased comfort, and seamless onboard productivity.
