Geven has been appointed by AIRBUS official SFE/BFE vendor for A320 seating




November 2007, Hamburg Germany: Geven proudly announce the most important company achievement on aircraft seating market so far: since November 2007, Geven has been appointed and qualified by Airbus as official supplier for Airbus Single Aisle A/C Seating.
This is only the latest stage of a substantial commitment of the company that can be framed within a growth process that has distinguished our activity in the last few years.
Geven has developed for Airbus A320 aircraft a new seating line with three different models: standard economy class, economy class for high-density cabin lay-out and standard business class (showed in the picture). All of the seats can be also equipped  with IFE Systems, supplied by either one of the two most important IFE Vendors: Thales and Panasonic.
Leading philosophies behind development of this new seating line are: design, elegance and comfort, light weight and low maintenance/operating cost. These characteristics are solidly based on the world-wide recognized Italian style as well as the specific technical knowledge Geven has established in the past years.
The alignment of the “seats real features” to the passenger’s “real  expectations” by enabling the airline to achieve its total and unconditioned satisfaction, identifies today the Geven’s competitive advantage on passenger airlines seating market.
Ability to keep such success formula over the long period is strictly related to the company’s awareness of providing uttermost solutions in post-delivery-support. Airlines ask today more than in the past, not anymore and not only for sales price competitiveness but for large support service packages enabling them to smoothly operate seats for years and paying lowest maintenance cost.  Indeed at Geven the relationship with the customer is just at beginning when seats are delivered: our company has invested strategic resources in a dedicated post-delivery support department and its target is to turn any deal successfully finalized for seats sold into a long term and win-win cooperative relationship.
Nowadays the recently achieved Airbus’s Qualification represents an increased company competitiveness and is only a first step Geven can claim into the market and that will allow to propose itself as one of the most reliable partners to world wide airlines as well as all main industry players of the aviation industry.
